רבי שמעון דתנן היה מעמידו בעלייה צריך שיהא תחתיו מעזיבה שלשה טפחים ובכירה טפח ואם הזיק משלם מה שהזיק רבי שמעון אומר לא אמרו כל השיעורים הללו אלא שאם הזיק פטור מלשלם
